O R D E R

Challenging the order passed in I.A. No.247 of 2016 in O.S.No. 54 of 2013, the defendant preferred this Civil Revision Petition, which was filed by him to mark xerox copy of lease agreement and that application was dismissed by the trial court.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner appeared and submitted that they wanted to dismiss this Civil Revision Petition as not pressed, since the original lease agreement was filed in another suit and the learned trial judge directed to try the present suit in O.S.No. 54 of 2013 along with the said suit in O.S.No. 57 of 2006. So, he would work out his remedy before the trial court. 2/4

3. In view of submissions of learned counsel for petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
