ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks for a direction to the 2nd respondent to remove the entry dated 18.07.2018 made in encumbrance certificate for 1/4

property situated at Door No.2/3, Anderson Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai - 6 bearing Plot No.18 as per L.A. No. 63/ 1969 dated 18.06.1969 and comprised in R.S. No.86 (part), O.S. No.4224 (part) measuring about one ground and 1376 Sq.ft (1 Ground and 1376 Sq. Ft).

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the attachment entry dated 18.07.2018 in respect of the subject property was raised as per the letter of the Assistant Registrar (OS.I), High Court, Madras in R.O.C.No.6079/2022 (O.S) dated 11.10.2022 and the same is also reflected in the encumbrance certificate.
