These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.
2.Though notice has been served on the respondents 1 and 2 through Mr.S.Jawahar, learned counsel, who appeared before the Tribunal for the respondents 1 & 2 and the names of respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.S.Jawahar, are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel. Notice to the respondents 3 and 4 has already been dispensed with.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 47 days is condoned and the petitions are ordered.
