The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the District Collector/second respondent, which is dated 17.05.2023, negativing a representation given to cancel a settlement. That order has not been been put under challenge, but rather the petitioner had given a representation to the first respondent and seeks a mandamus. But a writ of certiorari should be filed seeking to interfere with order of the District Collector/second respondent. 2.Liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in the nature of certiorari seeking interference with the order of the District Collector/second respondent. Thus, the Writ Petition stands dismissed, however, granting such liberty. No costs.
