ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 2 and 3, the District Adi-Dravidar Officer, Cuddalore and the Special Thasildar AdiDravidar Welfare Vridhachalam, whereby he sought to return the unused land in S.F.No. 165/8, 165/12, 165/15 measuring 0.25 Cent and the money realised by sale of land to Southern Railway in S.F.No. 165/13 as requested by the petitioner in the representations dated 11.11.2019, 18.12.2020, 09.07.2021 and 12.07.2023 within a stipulated time as specified by this Court. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though several representations dated 11.11.2019, 18.12.2020, 09.07.2021 and 12.07.2023 have been made to the respondents, till date the said representations have not been considered. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representations of the petitioner will be considered and the same

will be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 11.11.2019, 18.12.2020, 09.07.2021 and 12.07.2023, on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be carried out by the 2nd respondent within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
