The matter was posted under the caption 'For Reporting Compliance' today. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Mahila Court, Chengalpattu on 19.07.2023. A copy of the same has also been placed before this Court. It is submitted that the final report is yet to be taken on file.

2.In view of the above, the compliance is recorded and there shall be a direction to the learned Mahila Court, Chengalpattu to act upon the final report filed by the respondent police, within a period of four weeks from today.
