Both the parties are present.
Mr.K.Harishankar, the learned counsel for the plaintiff and Mr.A.R.Karunakaran, the learned counsel for the defendant are present.
TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The above suit has been filed by the plaintiff against the Renault Nissan Automotive India Private Limited for recovery of a sum of Rs.6,96,05,926/- with interest at the rate of 12% on Rs.5,23,35,283/- from the date of plaint till realisation. The plaintiff is a firm engaged in providing various types of support services especially relating to financial, tax and accounting services. The service already rendered by the plaintiff firm. The above suit is filed for recovery of fees for the service rendered by the firm. The defendant company is business of sale Automobiles parts service, maintenance and repairs. The defendant has filed written statement. At this stage, the above suit is referred to this forum on the basis of arriving a settlement between the parties. On that basis, the above suit is transferred to this forum for disposal.

When the case is taken for hearing today, the learned counsel for the plaintiff would submit that now parties to the proceedings have settled their dispute among themselves and arrived at a reasonable settlement. Based on the settlement now the defendant has accepted to pay the dues to the plaintiff in a sum of Rs.2,10,00,000/-
3. The parties to the proceedings are directed to file a compromise memo for settling this matter. 4.At the time of hearing the case, the learned counsel appearing for both parties represented before this forum that a Joint Memo for effecting the compromise between the parties now filed. The compromise memo filed by both the parties is part and parcel of the record and the same is recorded. A sum of Rs.2,10,00,000/- has paid by the defendant to the plaintiff is also recorded.
5. In the circumstances, in view of considering the fact that the parties to the proceedings have settled the dispute amicably on the basis of compromise effected between them. The Civil Suit is disposed of.
6. The full Court fee paid shall be refunded to the plaintiff in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994 and there shall be no demand for additional Court fee.
