2. I am informed by both the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and the respondents that A.S.No. 8 of 2014 has to my extreme satisfaction, been settled by both the parties. This would naturally lighten my task in examining the issues raised in these Civil Revision Petitions.
3. Hence, both these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
