This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 23.08.2024 and pass orders as per law.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners submitted a representation dated 23.08.2025 to the Respondent Authorities seeking them to fix the correct market value for the petitioners property which was acquired by the Respondent Authorities. However, the said representation has not been considered so far. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners have come before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent concerned would consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioners, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

4. Heard both sides. Perused the records.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent concerned to pass orders on the representation of the petitioners dated 23.08.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as the persons concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

This matter has been listed under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in second line of paragraph 2 of the order dated 04.11.2025 passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition, inadvertently it was typed as 23.08.2025 instead of 23.08.2024.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the aforesaid corrections and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.

4. All the other observations made in the earlier order dated 04.11.2025 shall remain unaltered.
