The petitioner apprehending arrest for the alleged offence under Section 85 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, (BNS), 2023, in Crime No.not known of 2025, based on the complaint given by one Rupasi, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that on the complaint given by the wife of the petitioner, C.S.R.No.232 of 2025 was given and it has been closed on the request of the defacto complainant that she will work out her remedy before the Family Court.
