This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP.No.20948 of 2023, by an order dated 14.9.2023.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended till 10.11.2023, to comply the condition as directed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.20948 of 2023, dated 14.9.2023, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
