O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.87 of 2018 on the file of the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate at Denkanikottai.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 15.10.2024, I called for a report from the learned Judge as to how long he requires to dispose of the said suit. The learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at Denkanikottai has submitted a report stating that now the suit is posted for hearing both sides' argument and therefore, he requests three months time to dispose of the suit.

3. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at Denkanikottai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.87 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the civil revision petition stands ordered. There shall be no order as to costs.
