2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, affidavit of the respondent was filed before this Court. Relevant portion is extracted hereunder : "7. It is submitted that after completion of investigation, on 05.11.2025, I have filed the final report through E-filing vide LTN20230001629C202500213 before the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and the same was yet to be taken on file".

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the learned XXIII Judicial Magistrate, Saidapet, to act upon the final report filed in Crime No.408/22, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
