This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to Crime No.19 of 2017, on the file of All Women Police Station, Thirukoyilur, Villupuram District and quash the same insofar as the petitioners/A5 and A6 are concerned.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has already completed the investigation, laid final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.44 of 2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sangarapuram.
