ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 16.07.2019, giving an opportunity to the petitioner to participate in the survey of the properties comprised in old survey No.195/part as per patta new survey No.239/7 to an extent of 111⁄2 cents and in another old survey No.51/1, new survey No.51/1A to an extent of 18 cents situated at No.41, Jalladianpet Village, previously Tambaram Taluk and present Sholinganallur Taluk, within the limits of Saint Thomas Mount Panchayat Union, Medaavakkam Firka, Jalladianpet Panchayat, within a stipulated time.

Heard Mr.V.Ramana Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.
The petitioner submitted representations to survey his land and to fix the boundaries, to the respondents 1 to 3. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition with the above prayer.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner and conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders to survey the land and fix boundaries in respect of the land comprised in old survey No.195/part, new survey No.239/7 to an extent of 111⁄2 cents and in another old survey No.51/1, new survey No.51/1A to an extent of 18 cents situated at No.41, Jalladianpet Village, previously Tambaram Taluk and present Sholinganallur Taluk, within the limits of Saint Thomas Mount Panchayat Union, Medaavakkam Firka, Jalladianpet Panchayat, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, on payment of requisite fees, if not already surveyed.
