This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 13.09.2023 in Crl.OP.No.21097 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, appear before the Judicial Magistrate, again weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till committal and thereafter, appear before the Sessions Court, again weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till framing of charges and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates, except for unforeseen circumstances.
