When the contempt petition is taken for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner was considered and a letter was addressed to the petitioner stating that Service Connection Nos.15 and 36 mentioned in the petitioner's affidavit are not at all available in the records of the respondent/office and accordingly, the representation of the petitioner was disposed of.
2. Since the respondent considered the representation of the petitioner and issued a communication, the direction issued in the main writ petition has been complied with and hence, the Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner wants to challenge the communication made by the respondent, it is for him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
