This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 01.08.2023 in Crl.OP.No.17018 of 2023 to report before the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Dharapuram, on all working days until further orders and on all hearing dates without fail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Dharapuram, weekly once, ie., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
