of necessary charges, within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court, in accordance with law.

ORDER

Mrs. C.Meera Arumugham has produced the structural stability certificate issued by the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, South Presidency Division, Chepauk, Chennai-600 005. Mr.N.Ganesh confirms that the writ petitioner has also received the said certificate. As the relief sought for by the petitioner has been addressed to by the respondents themselves, no further order needs to be passed in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
