PRAYER: Plaint filed under Order IV Rule 1 of O.S.Rules and Order VII Rule 1 CPC 1908 Read With Section 62 of the Copyright Act, 1957, prayed for Judgment and Decree:- (i) For a declaration that the plaintiff are the sole and exclusive owners of Limited Copyright in respect of the World Satellite rights (including India) of the Tamil and Telugu versions of the picture titled "PRODUCTION NO.5" (Telugu-colour) now titled as "AARADUGULA BULLET" for a perpetual period of 99 years commencing from the date of the despatch of the film;
(ii) For permanent injunction restraining the Defendants, their agent, servants, distributors or anybody claim through or under them from in any manner infringing the Plaintiff's Copyright in respect of the World Satellite rights (including India) of the Tamil and Telugu versions of the picture titled "PRODUCTION NO.5" (Telugu-colour) now titled as "AARADUGULA BULLET" either by dealing with the said rights through any body or in any other manner whatsoever;
