This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to issue the contract to the petitioner in respect of providing house-keeping workers (31 workers - unskilled) and driver (1 No. skilled) as the only eligible bidder, in respect of the Tender for Page No.2 of 4

providing House Keeping Workers and Driver at RO- Chennai and other offices - August 2023, issued by the first respondent.

2. When the Writ Petition has been listed on 05.09.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was ordered to be listed on 20.09.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
