ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent nos.1 to 5 to consider the representation dated 28.06.2024 made by the petitioner herein to remove the 6th respondent's compound wall raised on Road No.41 in S.Nos. 185/1B and 184/4B in the housing plots layout of SPA Eco - City blocking the free access to the petitioner's property S.No.185/1A, 184/4A and 184/1D, Kossthanapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District - 635 103 ingress and regress and pass appropriate orders within stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the 6th respondent herein and conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28.06.2024 and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
