The petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.6(b) imposed in Crl.OP.No.22428 of 2024 dated 11.09.2024 in Crime no.353 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent of police.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
