This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the order of suspension in proceedings No.Nil, dated 12.12.2024 and charge memo dated 23.02.2015 and enquiry report dated 07.12.2017 which was furnished along with the second show cause notice only on 24.07.2019 and the second show cause notice in Proceedings No.Nil dated 10.07.2019, which was served only on 24.07.2019 and the order of dismissal from service passed by the 2nd respondent in proceedings No.Nil dated 12.09.2019 as illegal, incompetent, without jurisdiction and ultra vires and quash the same and consequently, reinstate the petitioner as Assistant Secretary with all Page No.2 of 4

monetary benefits with increments and promotions.

2. When the matter was listed on 26.03.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed today "for orders". Even today, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
