This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 03.08.2022 made in W.P.No.19625 of 2022.

2. Today when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader submits that, as directed by this Court, in Para 5 of 1 / 2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

KST the order dated 03.08.2022 the petitioner had given a fresh representation, which was considered and order has been passed on 11.02.2023 and the name of the petitioner's father has been inserted in the Encumbrance Certificate. Therefore, in toto since the order of this Court has been complied with, no further persuasive action need to be taken according to the learned Additional Government Pleader. This position is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
