This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the entire proceedings of the case in C.C.No.237 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu and transfer the same to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District. 2.It is represented that the complaint itself has been closed for non-prosecution on 24.05.2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu.

3.In view of the same, nothing further survives for consideration. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
