When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that in due complaince of the order dated 02.02.2022, an enquiry was conducted and on finding that the offences were made out, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.360 of 2022 on 25.11.2022 for the offences under sections 406 and 420 IPC.

2. Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
