The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.03.2022 and 08.04.2022 seeking action against the officials responsible for erecting the electric poles in petitioner's land in Survey No.128/6, 7 0.26 cents, Survey No.128/9 0.39 cents, Survey No.128/10 0.35 cents Survey No.129/9 0.32 cents, Survey No.129/10 0.24 cents. Survey No.128/14 0.29 cents, 128/15 1.45 cents, situated at Velapaddi Madura Chiterai Village, Arani Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the officials of the 2nd respondent Corporation erected electric poles in the above mentioned property of the petitioner without her consent while giving power supply to the private individuals. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation before the 3rd respondent on 31.03.2022 seeking necessary action against the concerned officials of TANGEDCO for erecting the electric poles in the lands belonged to the petitioner without obtaining proper consent. The said representation has not been considered in accordance with law. Hence the petitioner has come before this Court.
3. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.03.2022 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
