This petition has been filed to withdraw M.C.No.154/2015, on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore and transfer the same to any other Court.
2.This petition was listed for admission on 01.09.2017. At request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned by next week. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any step to list the matter even for admission. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to pursue the matter further. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to consider the petition.
