The learned counsel for the respondent appears through Video Conferencing and submits that he has no objection for lifting the order of attachment dated 12.08.2020 in A.No.7874 of 2019 as the dispute between the applicant and the respondent has been resolved.

2. Recording the same, the application stands allowed. Accordingly, the Order of Attachment dated 12.08.2020 shall stand lifted.
