ORDER
Ms.V.V.Uthra, learned counsel on record for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant 'Original Petition' ['OP' for the sake of brevity], but makes a plea that the rights of the petitioner may please be preserved for initiating/filing fresh proceedings. To be noted, this request is being made as there is more than one contract i.e., more than one arbitration agreement, whereas, a composite petition has been filed.
2. In the light of the above narrative, learned counsel is permitted to withdraw this OP.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner has made an endorsement in the case file in this regard and the endorsement is reiterated in the hearing.
