After filing this petition seeking police protection, it appears that the petitioner objected to the pathway and put up a gate and locked. The police has registered a case in Crime No.100 of 2023 dated 12.10.2023. This petition apparently abuses the process of law under the guise of seeking police protection and attempts to interfere with the pathway. The respondent police has rightly registered a case against the petitioner.
2. The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation against the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as frivolous. No costs. 13.10.2023 Index : Yes/No drl 2/5
