ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 16.09.2023 and pass orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 16.09.2023 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
