This petition has been filed to modify the condition in paragraph No. 6(B) in Crl.O.P.No. 21788 of 2024 on the file of this Court, dated 05.09.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
