PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem to expedite the hearing and to dispose of the O.S. No.569 of 2010 within a time limit as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The 26th defendant in O.S. No.569 of 2010, on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem is the revision petitioner. The revision petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.
2. In view of the limited relief sought for, notice to the respondents is hereby dispensed with.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would invite my attention to the order passed by this Court in CRP. No.2396 of 2023, dated 17.07.2023 where this Court has already directed and dispose of the said suit within a period of one year from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, way back in July 2023 and despite the same, the suit is still pending and the 3/4
direction of this Court has not been complied.
4. In the light of the above, I am inclined to allow the Civil Revision Petition, I direct the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem to dispose of Interlocutory Applications if any, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, on merits and in accordance with law and dispose of the suit in O.S. No.569 of 2010, within a period of three (3) months, thereafter. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
