This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 28.10.2022 in Crl.OP.No.25877 of 2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.530 of 2022, within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready. However, due to the poor financial status of the petitioner, he was unable to raise the money and there was a delay in complying with the said condition. Therefore, he seeks two weeks time to comply with the condition.

3.Taking into account the submission made, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the aforesaid condition as imposed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
