1. These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 1243 days in filing to the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th Appellant in the above appeal, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th Appellant in the above appeal and to bring on record the proposed Respondents 19 and 20 herein as the Respondents 19 and 20 in the above appeal, respectively.
2. This Court issued notice to the proposed Respondents.
3. It is now reported that the notice sent through court has been served by speed post on the 19th Respondent. The 20th Respondent is a minor represented by the 19th Respondent. Though private notice is not served and returned with an endorsement "No such person", since the notice has been issued by speed post on the 19th Respondent, who is the guardian of the 20th Respondent, this Court is inclined to dispose of all these applications.
4. The relationship is not disputed by other Respondents. This Court is convinced with the reasons for the long delay in filing the applications. Hence, these petitions are ordered.
