the system by deleting the property comprised in Survey No.82/8C in patta No.3712 and include the same in patta No.5712 which stood in the name of the petitioner as per the revenue records and pass such further orders. ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to dispose of the representation dated 26.03.2019 (sent by the father of the petitioner) in respect of file No.B2/2309/2019 and 01.12.2022, in the light of the proceedings of the 1st respondent vide proceedings No.Oo.Mu.No.J7/69717/2022 dated 24.11.2022, to rectify the error crept into the system by deleting the property comprised in Survey No.82/8C in patta No.3712 and include the same in patta No.5712 which stood in the name of the petitioner as per the revenue records and pass such further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the records. 2/4

The respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation, after verifying the old records and giving opportunity to the rival claimants if any, and dispose of the representation in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
