CMP.No.12295 of 2017 in CRP.PD.No.2486 of 2016 CMP.No.12295 of 2017 in CRP.PD.No.2486 of 2016 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to modify the order passed in CRP.PD.No.2486 of 2016 dated 07.11.2016.

2. This Court by order dated 07.11.2016, disposed of the main civil revision petition thereby directed the II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the main original petition in O.P.No.1807 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 30.06.2017. The respondent filed the petition for clarification to modify the order with the following prayer: " pleased to modify the order in CRP.PD.No.2486 of 2016 on the file of this Court by an order dated 07.11.2016 as 2nd Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the original petition in OP.No.1807 of 2013 on or before 30.12.2017 instead of 2nd Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the original petition in OP.No.1807 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 30.06.2017".

Since the order passed by this Court and the modification sought for by the petitioner is one and the same, nothing to modify in the order passed by this Court.
