ASHA, J, The petitioners have taken out a petition for taking substituted service on the 2nd respondent/2nd respondent by paper publication in local daily having circulation within Chennai since they have been unable to serve the 2nd respondent.

Considering the above circumstances, Substituted Service is ordered through paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" for the next hearing date 23.12.2022. The publication shall be effected at least 10 days prior to the next date of hearing.
