[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 152 days in filing the above writ appeals.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Mr.S.John J.Rajasingh, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent, Mr.M.Arun Kumar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for respondents 2 and 3. They have no serious objection in allowing the petition.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeals and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
