COMMON JUDGMENT (Delivered by Dr. ANITA SUMANTH.,J) By consent, both learned counsel has filed a joint memo dated 04.06.2025, which reads as follows:- "The Appellant and the Respondent humbly submit as follows:

The Appellant herein undertakes to withdraw the above Original Side Appeals pursuant to the submission made on behalf of the Respondent that the Respondent is willing for the G.W.O.P.No.263 of 2024 filed by the Appellant herein, being adjudicated by the Learned Single Judge of this Hon'ble Court.

Therefore, the parties pray that this Memo may kindle be taken on record and thus render justice." 2.

These matters are thus remitted to the file of this Court to be heard by learned Single Judge on merits and in accordance with law, specifically recording the submission in the joint memo filed by the parties expressing concurrence for the adjudication of G.W.O.P.No. 263 of 2024 by this Court.

Seeing as the matter relates to custody of the child and in view of the urgency expressed by both the parties, learned Single Judge is requested to take the matter up for hearing on 09.06.2025 and dispose the same as expeditiously as possible.
