ORDER

The prayer sought for in the writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to measure the petitioners land in S.Nos. 88/1 New S.No. 88/1B2 to a extent of 1.63 cents, in S.No. 88/2A new S.No. 88/2A2 to an extent of 15 cents in S.No. 88/2B New S.No. 88/2B2 to an extent of 0.48 cents to a total of 2.26 cents at Pattukonampatti Village, Papireddypatti taluk, Dharmapuri district and fix a boundary on the basis of his application dated 15.04.2025 in Application No. 2025/ 0123/ 05/ 010422 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. During the course of arguments, it was represented that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has already been complied with in view of the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 22.09.2025.

4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
