This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 09.08.2017 made in I.A.No.8910 of 2017 in O.S.No.3271 of 2017 on the file of XVI Asst. City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner company appeared and submitted that as the respondent company is under liquidation proceedings by order dated 01.04.2019 in CP/1243/IB/2018 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal Division Bench, Chennai, the claim of the petitioner company became infructuous. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
