In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay of 845 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment and Decree passed in LAOP.No.1/2010, stands condoned and accordingly, this petition is ordered.

2.Registry is directed to number the Appeal Suit and list the matter on 28.01.2020 along with A.S.Nos.970 and 992 of 2004.
