(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Ms.V.Archana, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. This petition is filed for a limited purpose, that is to direct the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai to decide the waiver petition on the next date of hearing or at an early date.
3. When the date is already given by the Tribunal for hearing the waiver petition, naturally the Tribunal would hear the application. The petitioner shall make a request to the Tribunal to hear the application expeditiously, which request shall be considered by the Tribunal.
4. In view of that, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
