ORDER

The writ petition is filed to declare that the results declared by the 2nd respondent on 11.09.2023 in respect of the petitioner's examination in physiology and Biochemistry papers as invalid and direct the respondents to declare the petitioner as passed in the said examination by applying CBME Guidelines No.U/14021/8/2023-UGMEB dated 01.08.2023 as modified by Corrigendum dated 01.09.2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the second respondent produced a copy of the Provisional Result Register of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner was declared passed in Physiology and Biochemistry papers by applying CBME guidelines dated 01.08.2023 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. 3.

Since the relief prayed for in the present writ petition has already been granted by the second respondent, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
