This Writ Petition has ben filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to verify the records pertaining to patta No.2192 based on the report submitted by the 3rd respondent report Na.Ka. P2/ 2826/ 2021 dated 02.22, cancel the name of Mr.Subramani in patta No.2192 for the property in Survey No.174/5 AR1 in Ponnai Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District and incorporate the petitioner name, petitioner's mother Tmt. Sagunthala, and petitioner's elder sister Tmt. Kuppa Bai in patta No.2192 for the property in survey No. 174/5AR1 in Ponnai Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District.

2. Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate who accepted notice for the respondents, on instructions would submit that the request of the petitioner was considered and the names of the Petitioner's mother and eldest sister was also incorporated in the patta No.2192 as sought by the petitioner and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
