The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.564 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offence under Sections 7 and 8 of POCSO Act, 2012.
2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a land lord and the defacto complainant is a tenant and there was dispute regarding payment of rent and a false complaint was given.
3. It is stated by the Government Advocate that the statement has been recorded under Section 164(5) of Cr.P.C and the victim girl had clearly stated about the offence committed by the victim. 4.Taking into consideration the facts of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
