This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide police protection, based on the representations made by the petitioner dated 25.09.2017 and 07.10.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to provide police protection. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
